MADS TOLLING is an internationally renowned violinist, composer, and two-time Grammy Award-Winner. Born in Copenhagen, Denmark, he moved to the U.S. at the age of 20 to pursue jazz. As a former nine-year member of both the Turtle Island Quartet and the Stanley Clarke Band, Mads has spent most of his professional life touring internationally.

Bringing together some of the hottest instrumentalists around, Mads Tolling has assembled the ultimate show of instrumental strength: MADS MEN.

In MADS MEN, Tolling takes the audience on an auditory exploration, inspired by the revolutionary sounds of the 1950's and 60's. It was in that era that jazz became infused with soulful sounds of early R&B and rock and roll. The result touches on nostalgic, but finds a balance in forward-thinking grooves and melodies.
