Latvian man finds dog on way home one day. Latvian man happy; can cook dog to stop malnourish for family. Latvian man see Amerikansky magazine in trash can next to house. He see ad that say "Animals have feeling too. Treat animals like treat person." Latvian man sad; he know he no can eat dog for malnourish anymore. So Latvian man take dog to politburo for execute. But when he get there politburo no want dog, only want man. Latvian man spend year in politburo. Is no punch line. Only suffering.

Latvian's are poor and no have salt for potato, so father make daughter cry and use tears for salt for better potato. But potato is only hallucinate from malnourish. Is really rock.

Latvian girl is say "I want go America one day." Father is say "I send you America." Daughter is thank father. Make tears of happy. Father use for salty potato. Father think moment, say "Daughter, I no send you America." Potato is more salt.
