Pendragon é uma banda britância de rock progressivo formada em 1978 em Stroud, Gloucestershire como Zeus Pendragon pelo guitarrista Nick Barrett. O Zeus saiu do nome antes das primeiras gravações. Houve poucas mudanças na formação da banda, mas desde 1986 tornou-se estável. Sua música é caracterizada pela virtuosidade de Barrett na guitarra e por seu vocal passional.

    Amazing band this really is never invested much time in them but recently I am starting listening to them , awesome guys with a very stabile line-up and a great show after seeing them live a couple of weeks back in Zoetermeer .... Nick Barett and his band are awesome ....

Mamy na to świetny dowód w postaci niezwykłego zespołu Moonrise. „Stopover - Life” udowodniło wartość sztuki, którą formacja wyniosła ponad tandetną pospolitość. Czy najnowszego wydawnictwa tegoż zespołu można nie lubić? Pytanie retoryczne, bo czy którykolwiek z was nie lubi oddychać?

    Can someone explain to me why Pendragon has become my favourite band since August last year, but no other neo-prog bands seem to do it for me? Have I just missed the other really good ones? I've listened to some of Arena's albums, and a few songs from other bands (don't remember which ones), but it's only Pendragon that really really works for me. Do please recommend me good albums (not single songs) from other neo-prog bands.
