Before I forget, to the definition of Abstract Pop on the website of MAC, you might add a label which is called "Wurlitzer Jukebox" and also "Ghost Box" to the labels' section. :)

Oh yeah, you should write to your PM, it would definitely keep him interested or completely bored for that matter! But, more seriously, I think that more people should refer to it so that we could discover new bands in the same genre. :)

I think that TBM are also sharp musically. Every element from their music is very precise and punchy. Their songs contain drums, bass, synths, at least two different guitars, plus voice, and you can hear clearly everything. On the other side, Curve are darker and heavier than The Birthday Massacre. Both are awesome bands on their own.

I'm sorry for the late response, but in regards to The Human League and TAtD, I love that song and its parent LP "Octopus". I bought it last January in Minneapolis. THL really was always true to their muse, even when it wasn't fashionable. They got better with each record I felt.

What's with your love for M25 Experience? Never heard of them before, what are they about?

I was surprised they didn't just filter it as mistagged. After all their filter does reject a lot of valid tracks.

Hi there. I'm a bit surprised that you know about The Birthday Massacre (some songs). I highly recommend you to check their whole discography (or at least the albums "Walking With Strangers" and "Violet").

Poetry, The New Punk

< "Eternal Downpour" > Rain in my body, flowing through veins that once carried warm blood. The sun illuminates my pale exterior, I feel its warmth, but I’m still as cold as a bronze statue, let’s say of Lenin, at the bottom of the Black Sea? As for my soul, it’s almost underwater, the ever decreasing islands a refuge for my flickering spirit. Soon, the engines will shut down, the flame extinguished by this eternal downpour assisted with bottle after bottle of red wine. I can swim, yes, but I won’t. When the moment comes I’ll take the form of a leaf and ride the torrent. If you look in the gutter you’ll see me, carried off and away, by the rain. < 05.09.06, Darren >
