    No recommend, recommend what you like ... I'm open for new stuff, I like e.g. hybrid's music too What I like about them: Even the instrumental versions are super awesome. For me that means a lot: I think you can determine the quality of the music quite well by listening to instrumental version... or otherwise hear whether this is just a loveless soundbed around dominating lyrics and overproduced ... I exaggerate a little :-)

    Oh, I didn't see that you have Ulrich in your Top Artists list: This was a senseless recommendation .... Sorry! Well, Modeselektor ... they have already published a lot of crap, but still I like them and yes: "Edgar" is my favorite song (Top track # 4 :-D) of them. "Hasir", "Happy Birthday" and "Godspeed" are also nice.

    Quite difficult, hard to say, No, I know of nothing like "Opalescent". I wish that there would be a recommendation service for really similar albums or really similar tracks, e.g. similar instrumentation, melody, mood etc. But this is probably difficult to program, I suppose. When I take a look at the similar artists that last fm recommends I think Jon Hopkins comes closest. - No, ;-D, I think Ulrich Schnauss is quite good. William Orbit's music - hmm, I do not know so well, but what I've heard was not bad either. PS: May I ask for the Favourite Modeselektor Track?

    Well, I must confess: I didn't knew his music until I read it in the group! But it fits perfectly with the stuff I hear otherwise. "Private Universe" is my favourite track at the moment.
