"My Everything" will always remain their best song ever, I think. It's such a solid debut single. Its B-side "Teddy's story" will always remain a Top 5 for me as well. "Daydream" is still the one stand-out track out of their whole discography. The arrangement is SICK. Love it. "君に届け…" is a new favourite. I love Maiko's gut wrenching vocals. Perfect amount of angst. Similarly in "永遠" her vocals are powerful and very touching. The simple piano arrangement along with her vocals really leave a strong impression on me.

I don't think she'll ever release another song that tops "もっと・・・". "君の声を feat.VERBAL(m-flo)" is underrated in the Kanayan international fandom.

Way too hard to only pick 5. It depends on my mood. And she has way too many outstanding tracks in her discography. "pearl ~The Best Collection" is the only album that comes close to real "perfection". I didn't believe there was such a thing as a "perfect album" until that album came to be. Not only is it a perfect representation of her career and a perfect choice in tracklisting, the songs themselves are perfect. The best BEST album I've ever heard.
