Great concert, never miss this 'Radiohead-Feeling'

Mo., 15. Okt. – Radiohead, Caribou
phenomenal concert! the songs were generally played louder and with more bass then the original-songs (best examples The National Anthem or Feral). gradually you noticed how much thom yorke loves the new album The King Of Limbs and this love was transfered directly to the listener because of his absolute passion. so if you did not entirely love the album before (so did I) you had to love them playing it live because it was so intense and you couldn't help but feel the music in your whole body.
So Thom did there a good job, very very good indeed.
The rest of the band of course too, conspicuosly mr. selway played his drums more aggressive what fitted well into the general sound.
Additional they played some unknown songs (My twisted Words; The Daily Mail) which do not appear on official albums and two new songs. So far I can remember they were musically connected to the king of limbs and were again bassy. The audience celebrated them. And after last song Bodysnatchers it was clear to everyone that that wasn't the end so they went on with five more songs and after not saying goodbye in the right way they continued with wonderful played 'How to disappear completely' where thom once again presented his awesome voice.
A surprise, a really nice surprise was that they played afterwards a third encore, my favourite song 'Idioteque'. It gave me the rest, was so beautifully played with some electronic additions to the original; so great!

Some words to the supporting act Caribou:

very convincing performance, from the distance it wasn't always clear whether he was really singing or was just using samples. nonetheless the crowd celebrated most popular song 'Odessa' although 'Sun' was even greater in live-version: longer and louder at the end, with special praise to the drumer who made an awesome job.

So all in all it was an overwhelming concert, beginning with good supporting act and then to a sometimes unusual radiohead sound which never lost its special radiohead-feeling (personal highlight '15 step' or whole 'There There' especially the guitar riff, goosebumps!!). so big thanks to radiohead and to everyone who made this evening that special!
