Oh hi. I somehow forgot to reply to last month's shout. This is awkward. D: Did you finish Ga-Rei: Zero?

You shouldn't want a dub for something that is commonly lauded for it's epic voice acting, anyway. :3 Should you have the strength to overcome laziness, 1080p Bakemonogatari is currently free to leech on BakaBT, and I'm seeding it. That place also mostly eliminates the need to search for good quality anything (unless it's Funimation licensed, because that company REALLY dislikes it when fansubbers create better quality releases than they do). By the way, if you're working the same shift every day, shouldn't your sleep schedule just adapt? :o And what is it exactly that you do for a living?

Same studio as Madoka. :p I'm also really enjoying Bakemonogatari so far. It has a very peculiar sense of humor, though. Definitely not for everyone. It's also impossible to dub properly because it's full of word play (so you get to pause the video regularly to read translation notes that desperately try to make sense of things). Still, it's making me smile a lot. The dialogues are quite something. From an art perspective it's also very interesting. The environments in particular are heavily stylized. What's eating up your time?

Perspective, then. ;p Regarding Madoka, you should probably just go with yesy's excellent HDTV rip for now. It'll take several more months for the remaining blu-rays to be released in Japan (two 24 minute episodes per disc is a reasonable release model, right?) and I doubt it'll be dubbed and imported before having seen a full domestic release. I also should encourage you to keep watching even if for some reason you are not feeling it after the first couple of episodes. It picks up. I'm already on a forum that has a large anime discussion area, but for some reason I never go there (instead I'm permanently in the music area). I have very low tolerance for all things Naruto, so the fear of verbally abusing someone for their avatar may factor into it. :p Did you see Bakemonogatari by any chance?

Also, sorry for going on the offense. When there's only one person you can really talk about this stuff with and they hesitate or disapprove, it sort of stings. ): That is more my problem than it is yours, though.
