I have put up a new script that counts the number of people posting in a forum thread, and how many times they posted in the thread.

Cheack out User Scripts - this thread. Script available here.

I've uploaded a new "same artists" script. The big change is a feature to sort the artists in common, by how close your plays match.

Let me know of any bugs, etc. in the forum page.

Thu 29 Oct – Metric, Zeus - all ages show. It's nice that Metric do these to give their younger fans the opportunity to see them.

Just a few words:
Zeus - the quartet from T.O., as there are a number of artists with this name - wasn't impressive. Part of this was due to the technical crew - for example, vocals were often lost in the music. I was surprised at how well their covers of fairly old music went over with the young crowd. However, I think they have promise, and touring with bands of this level will…

The display format for Last.fm was changed today. This broke the following scripts, which are now repaired.

Bug in these two scripts under Opera 10. Thanks to RaiseHell for pointing it out.

There was a bug in the chart page format that prevented the update panel from appearing. Fixed.

Apparently there were some changes in the new format that affected these two scripts. They are now fixed.

Sort by time - now works, was returned zeroes for all times
Landmark tracks - now returns correct date for play time. (Could be expanded to show correct time as well … perhaps a future patch)

The user script Highlight Same Artists has been updated to include a new measure.

This new "dot product" involves testing the amount of plays and number of artists shared. A value of 1 means an exact match. (That is, all the artists are shared and the plays for each artist are proportional in the two sets of artists.)

The full value is presented with the t-o-m, just below the table. Individual artist match values are present as rollover tips if the mouse pointer is over the play count for the artist.
