There once was a cheesy noodle who hailed from a faraway land. He didn't know how to drive a car, so he galloped on his hyena all the way to Hawaii. The other spicy noodles made fun of him because he was cheesy. If this story moved your heart, please let me use your bathroom. Together we can stop racism. Can I count on you?

Top 3: Keaton Henson - Birthdays, Iceage - You're Nothing, Foxygen - We Are The 21st Centuary... Then there's a load of great splits too, check out the two Foxing ones if you haven't. What's your AOTYSF?

:( fuck that sucks, but I'm happy they're still coming to the uk. Maybe they'll just be a recording band, or form a side project with just the two of them

That's pretty awesome, dude. And I agree about WT. I really don't wanna go to a music festival just to see one band, ya know? And so far they haven't announced anyone that I'd enjoy seeing.

Oh man I can't fucking wait. I'm debating whether to go to Warped Tour this year just to see them but then I'd have to go to Warped Tour so I don't know.... They just never come near where I live unless it's with WT so it puts me in a tricky spot.

Nice one, I need to listen to Annabel's stuff, only heard that one song off that CYLS split. And I really hope that's the case with Transit's new album, although I did like All Your Heart

Oh, TWY's new album isn't an album, it's a collection of songs from 2005-2010. So possibly a bunch of songs/b-sides that didn't make it only their records. You can stream it here

TWY? fuck yes. There was a Q&A thing with Topshelf on tumblr, and I think I remember it saying Tigers Jaw has a release coming out this year, and also a bunch of sweet splits. Did you know Touché and Title Fight are doing one?

Yeah I heard it, sounded alright, really excited to heard the whole album though. I reckon Transit's new album will be better. Know any other pop punk releases this year?

The lineup as a whole looks shocking, but there are a few bands I'd really like to see (again). The only band I haven't seen already that I'd like to is Fireworks. My friend and I have been to Ghostfest the past 2 years, but the lineup so far for that is awful

Well, if you like indie-rock check out Eels. They are one of my all-time favourite bands and they're releasing a new album soon!

Seven Swans, I love the folky elements. However, I'll always have a place in my heart for Illnois. Who are 'Brand New'? You seem to like them a lot.

Thanks, it seems I started listening to them at the right time! Your taste is pretty awesome too, I love Sufjan Stevens but I only made this account a whole ago so I haven't scrobbled much music yet.

I'm good thanks, got made semi-permanent at my shitty job so I'm happy about that, hopefully I'll be able to switch my shift to mornings so I stop missing gigs. I liked those Crywank demos too, and I'm loving the new TTNG album, hope you do too

Yeah, there is plenty of space to move from room to room, that place is a great asset to the music scene in manchester though.

Im really interested to see what floating points plays, apparantly his set are really eclectic so it should be interesting. Seen SBTRKT live but he played a pretty predictable set tbh. WHP is so big, i went to the rinse lauch, too many artist were playing and the place is so big i only got to see around half of the peole i wanted to.
